Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs halal chicken thighs, diced
- 8 cups halal chicken bone broth
- 4 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, celery, zucchini, spinach)
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme and rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
