Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup olive oil or melted coconut oil
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste (halal)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1½ cups whole wheat flour
- ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
- 2 Mix mashed bananas, eggs, oil, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- 3 Add baking soda and flour. Fold in walnuts if using.
- 4 Pour into pan and bake 50–60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
