Ingredients
- 1¾ cups white whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda
- 1½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 eggs

- ⅓ cup olive oil or unsweetened applesauce

Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line muffin tin.
- 2Whisk dry ingredients.
- 3Mix eggs, sweetener, oil/applesauce, yogurt, vanilla. Stir in apples.
- 4Combine with dry ingredients until just mixed. Fold in walnuts.
