Ingredients
- 6-8 cups mixed greens or arugula
- 1 cup walnuts, toasted
- 1 large pomegranate, seeds removed (about 1 cup)
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 apple or pear, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup fresh mint and parsley
- Dressing: 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp honey, salt & pepper
Instructions
