Ingredients
  • 1 cup brown lentils, rinsed
  • 1 cup basmati rice, rinsed
  • 3-4 large onions, thinly sliced
  • ¼-⅓ cup olive oil

Instructions
  1. 1Cook lentils in 3 cups water ~15-20 min until almost tender. Add rice and more water if needed; cook ~20 min until done.
