Ingredients
- 1.5 cups dried white beans (soaked overnight)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 carrot, chopped optional

Instructions
- 1Pressure cook or boil soaked beans until tender.
- 2Heat olive oil. Sauté onion until golden. Add tomato paste and spices; cook 2 min.

- 4Garnish with parsley. Serve with rice or bread.
