Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp flour or breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- 1Mix mashed potatoes with onion, parsley, spices, flour and salt into a dough.
