Ingredients
- 1 package (16 oz) puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp paprika, salt, black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 egg (for egg wash), sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1Heat olive oil. Sauté onion until soft. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook until moisture evaporates. Stir in parsley and spices. Cool completely.
- 2Roll puff pastry slightly. Cut into squares. Place filling in center, fold into triangles or rectangles and seal edges.
- 3Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- 4Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 min until golden and puffed. Serve warm.
