Ingredients

  • 1 cup coarse bulgur

Instructions
  1. 1Cook lentils in 3 cups water until almost tender (15-20 min).
  2. 2Heat oil. Sauté onion until golden. Add tomato paste and spices.

  4. 4Cover and simmer 12-15 min until bulgur is tender. Rest 10 min. Fluff and garnish with parsley.
