Ingredients
  • 2 cups plain yogurt (full fat or Greek)
  • 2-3 cucumbers, grated and drained
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp dried mint, cold water as needed
Instructions
  1. 1Grate cucumbers, sprinkle with salt and let drain 10 min. Squeeze out excess water.
