Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp butter or olive oil
- 1 tsp Aleppo pepper or paprika flakes

- Fresh dill, sumac optional
Instructions
- 1Whisk yogurt with garlic and salt. Spread on serving plates.
- 2Poach eggs in simmering water with vinegar for 3-4 min. Drain.
- 3Melt butter, add Aleppo pepper and swirl until fragrant.
- 4Place poached eggs on yogurt. Pour spiced butter over. Garnish with dill. Serve with bread.
