Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin or paprika, salt, black pepper

Instructions
- 1Blanch cauliflower florets in boiling water for 4-5 min. Drain and pat dry.
