Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups coarse bulgur, rinsed
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

  • 3 tbsp olive oil, salt to taste

Instructions
  1. 1Heat olive oil in a pot. Sauté onion until soft. Add green pepper and cook 3 min.
