Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
- ½ cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks (in juice, drained)
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp almond butter or coconut butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- 1In a jar, combine oats, chia seeds, coconut milk, almond butter, vanilla, and protein powder (if using).
