Ingredients
  • 1 (14 oz) block firm tofu, crumbled
  • 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained and lightly mashed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp black salt (kala namak)
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
  • Oil for cooking, spinach or greens
Instructions
  1. 1Sauté onion and pepper in oil. Add spices.
