Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz) block firm tofu, crumbled
- 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained and lightly mashed
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp black salt (kala namak)
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
- Oil for cooking, spinach or greens
Instructions
- 1Sauté onion and pepper in oil. Add spices.
