Ingredients
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 cups milk (or almond milk)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1½ cups fresh or frozen strawberries, sliced
- ⅓ cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x9 or 8x11 baking dish.
