Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked green or brown lentils
- 1 (10 oz) bag spinach, wilted and chopped
- 1 small onion, 3 garlic cloves
- ½ cup rolled oats or breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp ground flax + 5 tbsp water
- 2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp smoked paprika, salt & pepper
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven 400°F. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until cohesive.
- 2Form into 12 patties and place on lined baking sheet. Spray with oil.
- 3Bake 22-28 min, flipping halfway until golden and firm. Serve in wraps, bowls, or with salad.
