Ingredients
  • 20-24 jumbo pasta shells, cooked al dente
  • 1 (15 oz) can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz) bag spinach, wilted and chopped
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese), 1 cup shredded mozzarella (halal)
  • ½ cup parmesan or nutritional yeast, 2 garlic cloves, Italian herbs, salt & pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions

  2. 2Spread marinara in baking dish. Stuff shells with mixture and arrange in dish. Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
