Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes, cubed
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, chili powder
- 2 tbsp oil, salt, fresh cilantro
Instructions
- 1Sauté cumin seeds and onion until golden. Add ginger-garlic and tomatoes; cook until soft.
