Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs halal beef stew meat, cubed
- 1 onion, diced; 3 carrots, sliced; 3 celery stalks, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ¾ cup pearl barley, rinsed

Instructions

- 2Cook on low 7-8 hours or high 4 hours until beef is tender and barley cooked.
