Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs Roma tomatoes, halved
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, 1 tsp dried basil
- 3 cups vegetable broth

Instructions
