  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp paprika, salt & pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ red onion, sliced

  • Optional: chickpeas or arugula

Instructions
