Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 onion, 1 green chili
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, cumin seeds, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder
- 2 tbsp oil, salt, cilantro, lemon juice
Instructions
- 1Sauté cumin seeds, onion, chili, and ginger-garlic. Add peas and spices.
- 2Mix in mashed potatoes and cook 5 minutes. Finish with cilantro and lemon. Cool completely.
- 3Use in samosa pastry and air fry at 380°F for 12-15 minutes until golden, or bake.
