Ingredients
- 2 lbs potatoes, cubed
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed and halved
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

- 3Add green beans; simmer another 15–20 min until tender. Adjust seasoning.
