Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 (15 oz) cans chickpeas, drained
- 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tomatoes, chopped

- Salt, fresh parsley
Instructions
- 1Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes and spices; cook 5 minutes.

- 3Garnish with parsley and dried mint. Serve with bread or rice.
