Ingredients
- 6 cups mixed greens or baby spinach
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds (from 1-2 pomegranates)
- ¾ cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

- Optional: ½ cup halal feta, crumbled

Instructions
