Ingredients
- ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ripe peach, diced (or ½ cup frozen)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- 1In a jar, combine oats, chia seeds, almond milk, almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
