Ingredients
- 14 oz paneer, cubed
- 1 lb fresh spinach (or 2 bunches), washed
- 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 1-inch ginger, 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp cumin, turmeric, garam masala, salt
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee, ¼ cup cream or coconut milk (optional)
Instructions
- 1Blanch spinach in boiling water for 1 minute, then blend into a smooth puree.
- 2Sauté onion, ginger, garlic, and tomatoes with spices until thick.
- 3Add spinach puree and simmer 5 minutes. Gently add fried or raw paneer cubes and simmer 5-7 minutes. Finish with cream if desired.
