Ingredients
- 14 oz paneer, cubed
- 2 cups green peas (fresh or frozen)
- 1 onion, 2 tomatoes (or 1 cup tomato sauce)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala
- ½ cup yogurt or coconut milk
- 2 tbsp oil, salt, fresh cilantro
Instructions
- 1Lightly pan-fry paneer cubes until golden; set aside.
- 2Sauté cumin seeds, onion, and ginger-garlic. Add tomatoes and spices; cook until oil separates.
- 3Stir in peas and ½ cup water; simmer 8 minutes. Add paneer and yogurt; simmer 5 more minutes. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with rice or roti.
