Ingredients
- 14 oz paneer, cubed
- 8 oz mushrooms, quartered
- 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 1 green chili
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin, turmeric, coriander, garam masala
- ½ cup yogurt or coconut milk
- 2 tbsp oil, salt, cilantro
Instructions
- 1Fry paneer until golden; set aside. Sauté mushrooms until golden; set aside.
- 2In the same pan, sauté onion, ginger-garlic, and chili. Add tomatoes and spices; cook to a thick masala.
- 3Return mushrooms and paneer. Stir in yogurt and simmer 5-7 minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
