Ingredients
  • 14 oz paneer, cubed
  • 8 oz mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 1 green chili
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin, turmeric, coriander, garam masala
  • ½ cup yogurt or coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp oil, salt, cilantro
Instructions
  1. 1Fry paneer until golden; set aside. Sauté mushrooms until golden; set aside.
  2. 2In the same pan, sauté onion, ginger-garlic, and chili. Add tomatoes and spices; cook to a thick masala.
  3. 3Return mushrooms and paneer. Stir in yogurt and simmer 5-7 minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
