Ingredients
- 14 oz paneer, cubed
- 3 mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds, turmeric, coriander, garam masala, black pepper
- 2 tbsp oil, salt, lemon juice
Instructions
- 1Pan-fry paneer until golden; remove.
- 2In same pan, add cumin seeds, then onion and peppers. Stir-fry on high heat 4-5 minutes.
- 3Add ginger-garlic, spices, and paneer. Toss 3-4 minutes. Finish with lemon juice. Serve hot.
