Ingredients
- 14 oz paneer, sliced or cubed
- 3 large tomatoes, finely chopped or pureed
- 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp cumin, turmeric, garam masala, Kashmiri chili powder
- 2 tbsp oil, salt, fresh cilantro, kasuri methi (dried fenugreek) optional
Instructions
- 1Pan-fry paneer in 1 tbsp oil until golden on both sides; remove and set aside.
- 2In the same pan, sauté onion, garlic, and ginger. Add spices and tomatoes; cook 10-12 minutes until thick sauce forms.
- 3Return paneer to the sauce and simmer 3-4 minutes. Crush kasuri methi between palms and add. Garnish with cilantro.
