One Pot Chickpea Potato Masala Curry (Easy Stovetop) — a healthy halal vegetarian recipe with 310 calories and 12g protein per serving.
Ingredients
- 2 (15 oz) cans chickpeas, drained
- 3 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, blended or finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1-2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp coriander
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt, fresh cilantro, lemon
Instructions
