Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked green or brown lentils
- 1 potato, boiled and mashed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp each cumin, coriander, garam masala
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 2-3 tbsp chickpea flour (besan)
- Oil for pan-frying
- Salt, cilantro, green chili (optional)
Instructions
- 1Mix lentils, mashed potato, onion, garlic, spices, cilantro, and enough chickpea flour to form patties.
