Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp garam masala
- 1-2 green chilies (optional)
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee

Instructions
