Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 8 oz low-fat cream cheese or Neufchâtel, softened
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

- 2-3 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1Mix almond flour and coconut oil. Press into lined mini muffin tin or small pan.
- 2Beat cream cheese, yogurt, protein powder, lemon zest/juice, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
- 3Spoon over crust. Chill 2+ hours until firm. Cut or pop out bites.
