Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes, chopped
- 3 green or red bell peppers, roasted and chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil, salt, fresh parsley
Instructions
- 1Roast peppers until charred, peel and chop.
- 2Heat olive oil. Cook garlic, tomatoes and spices until sauce thickens (15-20 min).
- 3Add chopped peppers and cook together 5-8 min, mashing lightly.
- 4Cool slightly. Serve warm or cold garnished with parsley.
