Ingredients
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) chickpeas, drained
  • 8-10 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
