Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots, shredded or julienned
- 2 oranges, segmented + zest of 1
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro and parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup toasted almonds, chopped
- ⅓ cup raisins or dates, chopped (optional)

Instructions
