Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 cup pitted olives (mixed green and black)
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes

- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Fresh cilantro and lemon wedges

Instructions
- 1Heat oil in a pot. Sauté onion until golden. Add garlic and spices.

- 3Simmer 25-30 minutes until potatoes are tender. Stir in olives in last 10 minutes.
