Ingredients
- 1 cup brown or green lentils
- 1 bunch Swiss chard, chopped (stems and leaves separated)
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin and coriander
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh cilantro or parsley

Instructions

- 2Add chard stems and tomatoes; cook 10 minutes. Add leaves until wilted.
- 3Finish with lemon juice and herbs. Adjust seasoning.
