Ingredients
- 2 (15 oz) cans chickpeas
- 1 onion, 2 carrots, 2 celery stalks
- 4 garlic cloves, 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes

- 3 tbsp olive oil, fresh parsley, lemon
Instructions
