Ingredients
- 2 (14 oz) packages extra-firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- 1Whisk marinade ingredients. Toss tofu cubes and marinate in fridge for 30 minutes to overnight.
- 2Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) or air fryer to 400°F. Spread tofu on lined sheet or in basket.
- 3Bake/air fry 20-25 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway. Cool completely before dividing into containers. Store up to 5 days in fridge. Use in bowls, stir-fries, or salads.
