Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, sliced
- Juice of 3 large lemons (about ½ cup)
- 4 cups cold water

- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Ice
Instructions
- 1 Blend blueberries with 1 cup water until smooth. Strain if desired for smoother texture.
