Ingredients
- 2 large eggplants, sliced ½-inch thick
- 1 lb ground lamb or beef (or lentils for vegetarian) – use halal meat
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp cinnamon and oregano
- 2 cups Greek yogurt or béchamel (low carb version)
- 2 eggs

Instructions
