Ingredients
- 8-10 oz paneer (halal), cubed
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves + ½ inch ginger, minced
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp each: turmeric, garam masala, chili flakes
- 2 tbsp ghee or olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro
Instructions
- 1Fry paneer cubes in 1 tbsp ghee until golden; remove and set aside.
- 2In same pan, add remaining ghee and cumin seeds. Add onion, ginger-garlic; sauté 2 minutes.
- 3Add broccoli, spices, and salt. Stir-fry 6-8 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
- 4Return paneer, toss gently, and cook 2 more minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
