Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves + ½ inch ginger, minced

  • 2 tbsp ghee or olive oil

Instructions
  1. 1Fry paneer cubes in 1 tbsp ghee until golden; remove and set aside.

  4. 4Return paneer, toss gently, and cook 2 more minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
