Ingredients
- 3 lb halal boneless turkey breast
- 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup diced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme and rosemary

- Kitchen twine
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
