Ingredients
- ¼ cup dried hibiscus flowers or 4 hibiscus tea bags
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), fresh or frozen
- 4 cups water
- Juice of 2 lemons

- Ice cubes and fresh mint
Instructions
- 1 Boil 2 cups water and steep hibiscus for 8–10 minutes. Let cool completely.

- 3 Combine strained berry mixture, remaining hibiscus tea, lemon juice, and sweetener in a pitcher.
