Instructions
  1. 1Fry or air fry potato cubes until golden and crispy.
  2. 2In a pan, heat olive oil. Sauté garlic and spices briefly.
  3. 3Add potatoes and most of the cilantro. Toss gently 3-5 min. Finish with lemon juice and remaining cilantro. Serve warm.
