Lebanese Potato and Cilantro Stew (Batata Harra) — a healthy halal vegetarian recipe with 230 calories and 4g protein per serving.
Ingredients
- 4-5 medium potatoes, cubed
- 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, chili flakes or cayenne
- 1 large bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil, salt, lemon juice
Instructions
- 1Fry or air fry potato cubes until golden and crispy.
- 2In a pan, heat olive oil. Sauté garlic and spices briefly.
- 3Add potatoes and most of the cilantro. Toss gently 3-5 min. Finish with lemon juice and remaining cilantro. Serve warm.
